Founded in 2012 in Atlanta, GA, during the vibrant Southern tech boom, ShowSlinger was the brainchild of Paul Nicolas, a Georgia Tech alumnus and professional studio/touring musician, and Kimberly Lynch, a seasoned Deloitte consultant. Drawing from their firsthand experience navigating the entertainment industry’s inefficiencies, Paul and Kimberly envisioned a platform that would simplify the complexities of event management while offering a sleek, modern, and powerful user experience. Their mission was clear: to clean up and modernize the entertainment and ticketing industry.

The duo identified a glaring issue in the market—outdated ticketing systems burdened with clunky interfaces and disjointed features. Inspired by the elegance and functionality that the iPhone brought to flip phones, they set out to create ShowSlinger as a revolutionary alternative.
