VENUE RULES

Please read and follow all venue rules to make your experience at Spyglass safe and enjoyable.

Gate Entry:

Spyglass Ridge Winery and Valley Fusion Inc. are not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave all unnecessary/unauthorized items safely locked in your vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO RE-ENTRY: Once you enter the grounds through the gate(s) you are not permitted to leave and re-enter. Guests entering the gates should prepare accordingly and have tickets, valid photo ID, and all items ready to be scanned/searched at the gate. There are no provisions for returning unauthorized items to you. If you must return an item to your vehicle, you must go to the back of the line for entry. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring unauthorized items through gates are subject to removal from the premises without refund of ticket purchases.

Items Permitted:

Camp chairs or low back lawn chairs NOTE: Chairs must be removed from bags for inspection when entering the gate

Jackets, blankets, rain ponchos

Two (2) factory sealed 16.9 oz. or smaller bottle of water per person

One (1) clear gallon size Ziploc/plastic bag of snacks/food per person

Baby Strollers (see additional information below)

Dogs/Animals (see additional information below)

Small clutch size purses and soft sided, lunch bag sized coolers

Empty tumblers for beverages

Unopen Spyglass products

Items NOT Permitted:

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted

NO weapons of any kind (guns, knives, mace, box cutters, etc)

Professional cameras (with a removable lens), recording devices, GoPros, drones or related gear

Flash photography of any kind

Laser pointers, fireworks

Large hard coolers, umbrellas, tables, wagons or backpacks of any kind

No zero gravity chairs

Any items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, determination made by Spyglass Security or Staff.

Illegal substances

Unauthorized means of transportation (see additional information below)

Children: While our events are open to all ages, not all events are appropriate for children. Be advised your child may be exposed to loud noise/music, profanity or adult language and the consumption of alcoholic beverages by adults 21+. Children over the age of 15 require a ticket to enter. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.

Dogs/Animals: Dogs are permitted at our concerts as long as they are ADA certified service animals and must have valid identification/certification to enter the event. DOGS/ANIMALS MUST BE ON A LEASH OF 6 FEET OR LESS AND UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE OWNER AT ALL TIMES. Please pick up after your dog.

Baby Strollers/Transportation: No vehicles are authorized inside the venue gates other than the following unless operated by venue staff;

Parking: All parking locations are designated on the venue map on the Spyglass Ridge Winery website. www.spyglassridgewinery.com

General Admission &Pay When You Arrive parking is located in the field at 109 Carroll Rd, Sunbury, PA 17801. There is overflow parking in the fields across the road from the winery and is run by an outside vendor. Parking fee is $10 per car inclusive of Handicap parking.

Handicap Parking: Spyglass Ridge Winery offers free limited handicap parking with a valid handicap placard in front of winery at 105 Carroll Road, Sunbury, PA 17801, (ON THE WINERY GROUNDS ONLY, NOT ACROSS THE ROAD) until lot is filled. Handicapped persons are permitted one escort person with them in winery parking area. All other persons riding in the vehicle will be directed to wait in line until gates open. All overflow will be directed to drop off handicap passengers with escorts and park in general admission lot. *Spyglass and Valley Fusion staff is available to assist handicap guests to a seating area in the venue if needed.* If additional handlers are needed, please contact [email protected]. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pop-up Canopies: Pop up canopy space is first come, first serve. Canopies can be no larger than 10’x10’. Canopies are not permitted through the gates and must be set up ONLY the day before the event between the hours of 1pm-7pm. Canopies can only be placed in the designated area (back of field). If you place a canopy outside the designated area, it will be removed and any unauthorized items, (i.e. wagons, totes, coolers) found under your canopy will be confiscated. ONLY the canopy is allowed to be left, nothing else should be left or it will be confiscated.

Showtime: Showtime is always approximate and depend on when the band(s) are finished with sound checks, meet & greets (when available), etc. Usually, the headlining act will go on stage around the time of sunset, depending on if/when any opening band(s) perform. We recommend you arrive for gate time to ensure you are in and seated for the show.

REFUND POLICY

​All ticket purchases are final. NO REFUNDS for any reason. If an event is rescheduled and/or cancelled, every effort will be made to contact ticket holders via e-mail and/or text message so be sure to provide complete and correct contact information when ordering tickets. Any/all cancellations and/or rescheduled events will be posted on this website as soon as information becomes available.

RESCHEDULED EVENTS: Anyone who has purchased a ticket to a rescheduled event, your original ticket purchase will automatically transfer to the newly rescheduled event date. Rescheduled dates will be posted on this website as soon as information becomes available and every effort will be made to contact all ticket holders via e-mail. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date you must contact us at [email protected] no less than 30 days prior to the rescheduled date to request that a credit to a future event be issued.

CANCELLED EVENTS: In the event that a concert is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, every effort will be made to offer you credit to another show during the same years remaining concerts as there are NO REFUNDS.

Weather: Our concerts are rain or shine. Please dress according to the weather forecast. In the event of rain, the concert WILL go on (usually the most memorable nights!). In the event of severe weather/lightning, you'll be asked to return to your vehicles. The concert may be delayed or rescheduled.

​Food/Beverages: We have several food trucks on site with a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the Spyglass on the Ridge Winery & Restaurant on property to provide food and adult beverages for purchase. Spyglass Winery will also have their wine and beer tent where you may purchase Spyglass products and Pennsylvania Craft Beer. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Each person is allowed 2-16.9oz factory sealed bottles of water and 1 clear gallon bag of snacks at gate entry (see gate entry guidelines).

Lodging/Transportation: If you are visiting from out of the area, please refer to our visit us page for information on our local visitor’s bureau, hotels, campgrounds and transportation that we recommend.

Smoking: ​A designated smoking area will be provided at the back of the field near the pond. No smoking will be permitted on the field other than in the designated smoking area. PLEASE KEEP OUR GROUNDS LITTER FREE BY DISPOSING OF BUTTS IN DESIGNATED RECEPTACLES.

Trash: Trash receptacles are located throughout the venue grounds for your convenience. PLEASE KEEP OUR GROUNDS LITTER FREE BY DISPOSING OF TRASH IN DESIGNATED RECEPTACLES.
