Additional policies from Lodgestock Festival 2025 are as follows:

Member Agreement (A private member contract) I hereby accept the terms of member agreement in Wolf Creek Ministries (hereinafter “Wolf Club”), a private member association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the authentic autograph of this member Agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of the Wolf Club. I agree with the following Declaration of Purpose and accept the terms expressed therein and in the Articles of Association Of Wolf Creek Ministries: Article I. Declaration of Purpose 1. This Association of members, forming a body politic, hereby declares that our mission is to exist as a society living in peace under gods (creator) law, to provide mutual benefits to all members and to protect our members’ rights to enter into private agreement through our inherent right to freedom. The range of this agreement begins on August 15, 2025 and ends on August 18, 2025. 2. As members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as God’s law. Furthermore, we regard the Constitution for the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence as conscious documents devised by men to protect our God granted unalienable rights. Additionally, we confirm that these documents were created to preserve our freedom and to protect our rights and no legislative body shall make a law prohibiting these rights. The First Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America protects the free exercise of our religion and guarantees our Members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under God’s laws. This Agreement is entered to maintain and protect all rights, constitutional guarantees and freedom of choice over our lives and bodies for every member of Wolf Club. 3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to select spokesmen from our number who could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning the needs of our members especially for lawful, physical, emotional and mental health care assistance and to select from our member pool those members who are the most skilled to assist and facilitate the actual performance and delivery of establishing and documenting lawful private agreements setting forth governance for the stewarding of assets, exchange of gifts and services among private members and the establishment of religious / ministerial organizations. 4. We proclaim the freedom to choose and create between our members private agreements governing aspects of our lives in these 3 distinct areas: I) how we steward assets II) private agreements for the exchange of energy between private members III) spiritual endeavours 5.  The mission of our Association is to provide members with assistance in comprehending, drafting, preparing and managing organizations through the use of private agreements. Members decide what is best for themselves and their lawful status. Our Association comprehends that preparation of private agreements is a practice and subject to many variables. Together, we, the Members, strive daily to provide the benefits befitting of active members to assess all aspects of a member’s motive.  Thus, the ultimate goal of this agreement is to accept  full responsibility for every aspect of one's life, health and well being while becoming a self-governing member of this Church. 6. Wolf Club reserves the right to accept or reject any entity based upon the entity's expression of love in accordance with the principles and practices as aligned with other members. Article II. Memorandum of Comprehension 1. I comprehend that any fellow member of Wolf Club that may provide advice regarding legal matters does so in the capacity of a fellow member-in-private and not in any licensed commercial capacity.  I further agree that within Wolf Club no attorney-client nor any other licensed professional or similar legal relationship exists between the members. This Agreement is between members of the Association in private contract. In confirmation, I have freely chosen to make my legal status in this Agreement - not as a public client - rather as a private member of the Wolf Club. I further comprehend I am entirely responsible to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risk, and desirability of any recommendations. All choices are my own carefully considered decisions. Any request by me to a fellow member to assist me or provide me with the aforementioned advice, etc., is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit and I agree to hold any and each trustee, board member, minister, co-member, and any associated agency, ministry or auxiliaries of Wolf Club harmless from any unintentional liability from the results of such advice or recommendations. 2. I comprehend that, the Association’s right to make private agreements between its members and with non-members is protected by the First and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, as well as Genesis 1-26. Accordingly, the members  are operating without the jurisdiction of any government jurisdiction, no matter the Federal, State, territory, county, province or any other local Governmental Agencies or Authorities. Any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustees, board members, members, agencies, auxiliaries or other associated staff persons are covered by this agreement. All rights to file complaints or grievances, including yet not limited to when in attendance or participation in any Association activity is now voluntarily waived by the member with the intention to be settled by an independent mediator. I comprehend that all members voluntarily waive all legal actions and rights to file a statutory complaint against the Wolf Club. All records kept by the Association will be strictly protected and only released to parties identified in such records upon written request of the member. Members agree not to disclose to any non-member the practices or procedures of Wolf Club and agree not to compete in any way with the practices and procedures of Wolf Club. I agree that violation of any terms in this member contract will result in the nullification of this agreement and any resulting harm will be addressed in private binding mediation. Any complaint filed by a member or assigned for legal remedy will be dismissed or remanded for binding mediation according to the terms of this agreement. 3. I agree to join the Association, a private members association under common law, whose Members seek to help each other achieve mutual benefits to live a high vibrational quality of life. 4. As a member, I accept the goal of doing my part to live in peace with all people and I comprehend the techniques and strategies discussed within the Association and strive to meet this objective. I also acknowledge that no agreement or recommendation is foolproof. I fully accept the risk that I might suffer adverse consequences from my choice to enter into a private agreement as recommended by the Association or its members. I will not autograph my name to any agreement suggested, used by or recommended from the Association until I thoroughly comprehend any such document and consent to the terms therein. 5. My activities within Wolf Club are protected by this private agreement and precludes me from sharing any information with any court or state bar, or any non-Association agency. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file any lawsuit, lien, security, claim against a fellow member of Wolf Club, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, as expressed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I acknowledge that the members of the Association do not carry any type of insurance related to activities of Wolf Club. 6. I enter into this Agreement of my own free will without any pressure or promise of results. I affirm that I do not represent any state or federal agency whose purpose is to regulate the practice of law. I have read and now comprehend this document, and any questions I considered have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I agree that I can withdraw from the Association and terminate my members status in this Association at any time, yet agree to abide by these terms for a period of 1 year thereafter with auto renewal every 13 lunar cycles. This agreement supersedes and amends any previous member agreement. 7. I comprehend that the member donation CAD $299, USD$ 216 effective May 4, 2025 creates an equal balance of a choice of those benefits declared by Wolf Club to be “general benefits” free of further fees. I agree I may be asked to contribute additional donations for any additional benefits that I may be offered by the Association. I agree that all donations and dues given to the Association are nonrefundable.  8. Thus, I hereby certify, arrest and warrant that I, being of age of consent with sound mind, have carefully read and comprehend the plain language of the above and foregoing Wolf Club Agreement and voluntarily accept the terms herein. I fully comprehend and agree with the terms and hereby intend these terms and this Agreement to bind myself, my family, heirs, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality for a minimum of 7 years. 9. I agree that should my behaviour disturb, disrupt or interfere with the other members, we reserve the right for our security members clearly designated to remove you from the bounds of the property and the agreement henceforth. 10. I agree to my young men and women under the ages of 10 are entering into this agreement as members with guardians who are responsible for their well being including but not limited to the risks of water, fire, falling, tripping, animal related injuries and other injuries possible while holding this agreement during the prior stated dates and boundaries of this agreement. 11. Vendor passes are for an agreement for a 10x20 spot for a specific and prior to arrival determined location marked on the path with paint or markers and is intended to create a secured space to share valuables while engaging with festival goes between stages, consessions and workshop locations. Vendors Agree further this event is not for commercial purposes. Vendors agree to waive all liability for stolen and damaged goods or equipment during their time at location including setup and pack out.
