NM Motorfest 2025 – Ticket Holder Agreement | Event Date: Saturday, June 28, 2025 | Location: Rio Rancho Events Center – Upper Lot | Presented by: New Mexico Motor Events By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to the following: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a large public automotive event, including injury, illness (e.g., COVID-19), property damage, or other harm. You release and hold harmless New Mexico Motor Events, event staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors, sponsors, Global Spectrum LP, and the City of Rio Rancho from any related liability or claims. You agree to indemnify these parties against any claims or damages arising from your actions or those of minors or guests in your care. You grant full permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded—your image, voice, likeness, and property (including vehicles on display) may be used for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes across all media platforms without compensation or further notice. You waive all rights or claims related to such use. If you are bringing a minor under age 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf. You acknowledge that amplified music and DJ performances are part of the event and may include expressive content; you waive any objections to music content captured in event media. ✅ By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Ticket Holder Agreement.
