Entry fee and Tickets are non-refundable. The event will happen rain or shine. If the event is canceled due to severe weather, please look for the information in your email. Note: The ticket sales and competitor fees go to support the work of the Vision Resource Center. A processing fee will be added upon check out.

The organizers, partners, sponsors, venue and other related market providers will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage that may occur to the ticket holder, its employees/volunteers, or property prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the vending contract. The event participant expressly releases all of the aforementioned parties from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury.

The participant shall indemnify and hold the Vision Resource Center, venue, organizers and partners harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, damages, costs, and/or any part of the area thereof by the applicants, or his employees, volunteers, partners or associates.

This event may be photographed and/or videotaped. By participation in this event, you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by Vision Resource Center and its coordinator, Favored Conferences and Events, LLC.
