No refunds at any time.
All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Concert is an all-weather event and will be held rain or shine. Children ages 6 & up are required to have a ticket. Ages 5 & under are admitted free if sitting in the General Admission areas. All ages require a ticket for VIP Seating. No re-entry. Guests are not permitted to leave the venue and re-enter unless they purchase another ticket. Lineup and schedule of performers is subject to change without notice. Official FallFest tickets are available for purchase through fallfestconcert.com and wiov.com only.
By purchasing tickets, you consent to receive communications related to your purchase, including updates, promotions, and event-related information, from ShowSlinger, Cumulus Radio LLC, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, Susquehanna Radio LLC and its affiliates. ShowSlinger may grant its affiliate partners permission to contact ticket buyers via email solely for purposes relevant to the event(s) for which tickets were purchased of for offers that may enhance your experience related to the event.
Scope of Communications: Affiliate partners may only contact ticket buyers regarding event details, event-related promotions, or other opportunities directly associated with ShowSlinger's ticketing platform. Affiliate partners must adhere to all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, and are required to include a clear unsubscribe link in all emails.
Data Protection and Privacy: ShowSlinger is committed to protecting your personal data. Affiliate partners are required to handle your information in a manner consistent with ShowSlinger's Privacy Policy and are prohibited from sharing your information with any third party without your consent. By continuing to use ShowSlinger's ticketing services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
COVID-19 policy: Note that by purchasing FallFest tickets and attending the event, there are risks to the attendees of exposure, directly or indirectly, to communicable disease(s) including but not limited to the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, “COVID-19” and/or any mutation or variation thereof. All guests acknowledge the risk of large group gatherings and assume all risks when attending the Cumulus I-105 FallFest concert and any other risks associated with the Cumulus I-105 FallFest concert, including any and all repercussions associated with attending the event. You agree to follow the Center for Disease Control’s (“CDC”) recommended hygiene guidelines (as updated from time to time on the CDC’s website), including, without limitation, wearing a face mask, social distancing, not touching hands to face, washing hands and covering mouth when sneezing or coughing. If any of these guidelines are not followed, a participant may be declined admission or removal from the event without refund. You understand that Cumulus cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by attending the event.
