The Inpector Cluzo

The two Gascon farmers of THE INSPECTOR CLUZO released their 10th LP, "LESS IS MORE," in June 2025 on their own label, as they have done since the beginning of their career 20 years ago.

This 10th LP, produced by their mentor VANCE POWELL (Jack White, The Raconteurs, Chris Stapleton) in Nashville and recorded live in four days,
mixed in three, was voted by ROLLING STONE as the 5th best LP of 2025 (and the top French album).

The prestigious British magazine CLASSIC ROCK UK MAGAZINE also ranked it among the best rock albums of 2025!

Less is more record had sold so far 10KLP (and mostly Physics sales) as the band is not pushing too much streaming for very obvious ecologic reasons...

Aside of the music, they're professional organic farmers and run an organic family farm of 15HA called "Lou Casse" (means the oak in Gascon language) in Gascony, where they pioneering agro-ecologic technics, no chemicals, no Gmo’s cereals with own free-seeds and saving local species : Gascon geese, sheep ,poultries). They are self-sufficient and are selling their farm products at the local farmers market of Mont de Marsan every Saturday. That's also a big part of their life that feed their art and music.

In the summer of 2025, they opened for Neil Young in July in Europe and for their friends in Clutch in the Midwest of the USA, where they received a warm welcome. They will return there in Sept-Oct 2026 for a 40-gigs tour in the remote reaches of the USA/Canada.

After playing more than 80 gigs from last June till last December 2025, they will play more than 80 gigs again for this Less is more Tour part 2! Always self-produced by choice and refusing all label or booking agency contracts, the band continues to apply a "post-growth" economy,
both locally and globally, both on their farm and in their music, which they believe is better suited to the challenges of climate change. With over 1,300 live shows in 67 countries, they are one of the most internationally touring French bands, a status they have maintained for 20 years, thanks to their explosive, four-handed performances, played entirely live without any backing tracks, which have earned them a live reputation across the globe. Today they are one of the biggest independent French band.
