Des Moines Oktoberfest 2026 Vendor / Exhibitor Information &  Application

Des Moines 22nd Annual Oktoberfest celebration will be held Friday & Saturday September 25-26, 2026, rain or shine, in the District at Prairie Trail, Ankeny, IA.

On the day of the event, your business will be provided with 100 square feet of booth space. Des Moines' Oktoberfest does not take a percentage of your profits. We will collect a one-time booth fee and that is all. 

Attendance: 

• up to 8,000 over the weekend depending on Mother Nature!

Where & When: 

• The District at Prairie Trail, Ankeny, IA event space and Amphitheater.

Friday & Saturday, September 25 & 26, 2026.

• Friday 3:00 pm - midnight

• Saturday noon - midnight.

• Rain or Shine

What Des Moines Oktoberfest Provides:

• 10’ x 10’ standard booth space (100 sq. ft) which includes one uncovered 8’ x 30” table and two chairs. 

• Easy unloading & loading. You may drive to your designated location, unload, and return with your auto following the conclusion of the event. 

• Easy on site parking.

Vendor Responsibilities:  

We will provide the table and chairs, everything else is your responsibility. 

If you would like to bring your yard games or other items to have outside your tent, please let us know prior to the festival so that we can plan accordingly. 

Suggested items to bring:

• Signage

• Linens

• If you need power, please plan to provide your own.

• Wifi - There is no public internet provided for the festival.

• Tent, not larger than 10x10 ft, unless prior written approval received. 

Set-Up: 

Set up can begin at 10 a.m. on both Friday & Saturday.

Tear-Down: 

Load out can start immediately following the festival both nights.

Absolutely No Vehicles will be allowed into the perimeter of the festival grounds until the Festival Director has declared it safe to do so. 

Insurance: 

Please provide proof of general liability insurance coverage by providing a certificate of insurance (COI) demonstrating $1 million of coverage to [email protected]  naming the followiing as Additional Insured: Des Moines Oktoberfest, LLC 6810 Eagle Ridge Drive Johnston, IA 50131
