Thank you for your interest in showcasing your ride at NM Motorfest 2025—where custom builds, clean classics, off-road beasts, and rare imports come together for an unforgettable day. All vehicles must be pre-registered—no day-of-show entries will be accepted. A current photo of your vehicle is required at checkout to help curate a well-rounded show. All styles are welcome, but NM Motorfest reserves the right to make final selections for display. Pop-up shade structures are not allowed in vehicle display areas for safety and visibility. These are reserved exclusively for approved vendors. Load-in times will be assigned in advance and must be strictly followed. Vehicles must remain off and stationary once placed. No starting of engines or early departures will be permitted. Each registration includes one armband for the registered driver and one guest, additional guests must purchase general admission tickets. Vehicles must be currently insured and in mechanically sound condition. Group parking is not guaranteed; groups must arrive together and be in line at the same time. No space saving is allowed. Event proceeds rain or shine. All sales are final—no refunds will be provided. By registering, you agree to follow all staff directions and safety guidelines. Rio Rancho Police, Fire, and event security will be on site throughout the event. No weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, or outside food allowed. Bottled water is permitted. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is fully responsible for their behavior and any damages caused. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all liability for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during load-in, the event, or load-out. You agree to hold harmless New Mexico Motor Events, its partners, vendors, sponsors, and the venue. You also grant permission for your vehicle, image, and any associated content to be photographed or recorded and used in future promotional materials without compensation. You acknowledge that music and amplified audio may be present and agree to incidental capture of audio or video during the event. Some DJ content may be loud or high-energy. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Your ticket purchase serves as your binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your registration. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to the following: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a large public automotive event, including injury, illness (e.g., COVID-19), property damage, or other harm. You release and hold harmless New Mexico Motor Events, event staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors, sponsors, Global Spectrum LP, and the City of Rio Rancho from any related liability or claims.
You agree to indemnify these parties against any claims or damages arising from your actions or those of minors or guests in your care. You grant full permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded—your image, voice, likeness, and property (including vehicles on display) may be used for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes across all media platforms without compensation or further notice. You waive all rights or claims related to such use.
If you are bringing a minor under age 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf. You acknowledge that amplified music and DJ performances are part of the event and may include expressive content; you waive any objections to music content captured in event media.
