About Bodegon:
Sausage making was in our DNA and we didn’t know it. 
We moved to Colorado from Patagonia Argentina in 2019 and since we couldn’t find the sausage we loved, we started making our own.
Helped by our uncle, butcher and maestro asador, Martin Benitez,
we made our first batch of sausage and we couldn’t stop.
Experimentation followed and we got amazed by the sausage culture of Colorado and the U.S. in general.
A culture that goes back centuries and recipes that arrived here brought by immigrants from all over the world.
