BETA QUEST is a mini convention used as a fundraiser to send our Junior Beta Club students to national competition in the summer. 2024 will bring Junior Beta students to Savannah to compete in various categories to represent Georgia. The name came from the Junior Beta Club as the members are referred to as "betas" and the students are on a quest to raise enough money to go to nationals.
Are facemasks required at BETA QUEST?
Facemasks are not required at this time. It is personal preference.
I don't go to Camden Middle School or have a child that goes there. Can I still come?
BETA QUEST is open to the public and EVERYONE is invited.
What will I encounter at BETA QUEST?
Can I bring my child to the convention?
Absolutely! Children under 5 are free. Some parents even dress their children in cosplay and let them enjoy the festivities.

Does my child need a ticket to get in?
Children under 5 are free and do not require a ticket.
Is there anything not included with my ticket?

Will there be food available?
Food trucks will be available outside the main entrance. We are also located close to many local and fast food and sit down options.

BETA QUEST is open to the public and EVERYONE is invited.
What will I encounter at BETA QUEST?
- COSPLAY is probably the first thing you will notice at BETA QUEST. Many attendees will dress in costumes (either bought or self made) of their favorite characters. These are normally from anime, video games, movies and shows. Its is perfectly okay to ask someone if you can take a picture of them (most are flattered). We will even have FEATURED COSPLAYERS set up in the gym. They go to different conventions and cosplay on another level!
- CELEBRITIES will have tables set up in the gym signing autographs, taking pictures and sometimes even recording a voice mail message (typically for a price). They also love to meet their fans. Some get gifts from fans and share them on their Social Media pages.
- VENDORS will also have tables set up in the gym. BETA QUEST will have a variety of items for sale from many different aspects of Japanese pop culture.
- TABLETOP GAMES will be set up in the cafeteria. We will have a local vendor with various table top games that you can sit and play with family and friends.
- JUSTSAIYANFUN (the best DJ ever) will be having a dance party in the cafeteria.
Can I bring my child to the convention?

- Vendors have their own wares available at individual prices.
