Organizer Policies

Additional policies from VWC SNOW Way Out are as follows:

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term “Organizer” shall refer to the following entities and their staff/representatives: • Valley Wrestling Connection • Mr James Does It All LLC • includEDucation LLC • Perris Valley Chamber of Commerce • The City of Perris • The Bob Glass Gymnasium • Any other organizations/entities, including their staff/representatives, associated with the planning, performing, executing, providing, or marketing the event, including any and all vendors whose services/equipment are utilized or rendered in connection to the event. Terms & Conditions • The attendees understand the Organizer makes providing a safe environment a priority, but even the best safety measures cannot completely eliminate the spread or contraction of illness, virus, or disease. The attendee agrees to release the Organizer and its staff free from liability for any exposure or contraction to illness, virus, or disease (including COVID-19). As the parent/guardian of and child brought to the event, the attendee assumes all responsibility for their family’s health and safety. • If the attendee is sick or exhibiting symptoms consistent with an illness, virus, or disease, or has been exposed to others who are, the attendee agrees to refrain from attending the event. Contact the Organizer to arrange for a credit towards a future event. • The Organizer takes the safety of its guests seriously, but the attendee understands there is always a risk with any public event. The attendee agrees to assume all responsibility for any potential harm or injury, including any associated costs, suffered at the event and further agrees to hold the Organizer harmless and free from responsibility. • Many of our events are photographed or filmed for television or other media distribution. The attendee agrees the Organizer is authorized to use their photograph or video for promotion or distribution purposes, including any guests or children the attendee has brought along. The Organizer’s staff will never “tag” or identify individuals in any photo or media without prior approval. • The attendee understands that the use of flash photography is prohibited. The attendee further understands that only cellphones may be used for video or image recording. Individuals using personal/professional cameras may be asked to leave the event. • The attendee understands that refunds on any tickets/registrations for the event are up to the discretion of the Organizer management. Generally, there are no refunds after the purchase has been made. • Physical contact with any performer or staff member is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in removal from the event/venue or even prosecution (giving a performer a high-five is acceptable). • If the Organizer’s event has been advertised as a Family-Friendly or as an event for children, then foul language or gestures are not allowed. Violators will be removed from the event/venue. • Fighting with other guests/attendees is forbidden. This includes both physical and verbal altercations. If the attendee experiences a problem or difficult situation, please notify the Organizer’s staff immediately so they can take the appropriate action. Violators will be removed from the event/venue. • If any part of these Terms & Conditions are determined to be unenforceable, the attendee agrees that the remaining provisions are still in force. • The attendee agrees to the use of arbitration if any litigation is determined necessary. • The attendee understands that the entities and their staff/representatives referred to in these Terms & Conditions are separate entities and are only referred to collectively for expedience. The individual entity may have its own additional terms & conditions that apply to specific events that are not included in this document. Please contact the individual Organizer for the specific event the attendee purchased tickets to attend with any questions or concerns.
