IMPORTANT UPDATE: COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED Per artist request, this event will require proof of full vaccination to attend. Patrons must present a vaccine card with matching ID upon entry. Proof of vaccination can be a physical paper copy or a snapshot on your mobile device, along with a matching photo ID. Fully vaccinated status (2 weeks past final dose of vaccine) is required. Mask use is also still strongly encouraged while moving about the facility, regardless of status. Fans who are no longer able to attend due to the change in COVID policy may request a refund. Refund requests must be received no later than January 27th @ 5pm CST. If you wish to request a refund, Please use the “Request a Refund” link in your Ticketmaster online account. After submitting your request, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Note that refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, which is usually completed within 30 days.
