There are Beatles tributes... Then there is what The Rock Orchestra is bringing to The Pat Garrett Amphitheater this summer! TRO (consisting of a 7-piece rock band and 20-piece orchestra) will be presenting over two hours of The Beatles in a way seldom heard live...note-for-note performances just as originally recorded. Real strings on 'Eleanor Rigby'. a full horn section for 'Got To Get You Into My Life' and everything together on 'A Day In The Life', with some songs even featuring sitar or concert harp. If you're a Beatles fan, this is a show not to be missed!
The Rock Orchestra is the Delaware Valley's premier tribute group. Its goal is to present recreations of studio recordings by classic artists live on stage - either performing career retrospectives, or a series of complete albums performed live. Utilizing an incredible talent pool of local musicians and priding itself on note-for-note recreations of selected works by various artists in the rock realm TRO provides a live experience like no other.
