Combing the improv style made popular by “Whose Line Is It Anyways?” with the risqué and queer style that they are known for, Queer-prov is hilarious break from the monotony of daily life whether you are queer, straight or somewhere in-between. The show is shaped by your suggestion, and has prizes for all the eager audience members.

Featuring Host and Cast changes every month.

Theatre Outré is an independent theatre company based in Lethbridge, Alberta.  Theatre Outré is a leading outlet for alternative queer theatre in Alberta and the producer of the hugely successful Quaint, Quirky & QUEER Cabaret & Festival (formerly Pretty, Witty & GAY).Theatre Outré has premiered a number of world premiere original works including Liam Monaghan’s How To Leave, UNSEX’d written by Jay Whitehead and Daniel Judes, Castrati - An Electro Drag Opera created by Aaron Collier, Richie Wilcox, Kathy Zaborsky and Jay Whitehead and The Princess Show created by Aaron Collier, Richie Wilcox and Deonie Hudson.

Theatre Outré, Lethbridge and Southern Alberta’s Queer Theatre company, exist to provide an uncensored and uncompromising voice to those in our community who are often considered to exist beyond the fringes of social propriety, sexual norms and gendered expectations.

When they are not touring the world with award winning shows, they bring their own queer brand of comedy to the stage through the ImpromptOu Players. With everything from improvised songs and sketches to soap operas, Theatre Outre’s own improv troupe is sure to leave an audience in stitches.
