Electric Blue Yonder (EBY) is a band of Space Folk Explorers born in Montgomery, Alabama
and based in Key West, Florida.
With a sound rooted in early bluegrass, American parlor traditions, and psychedelic folk, the band weaves in elements of cosmic country, vintage pop, and art rock to create something both timeless and forward-reaching.
Their music isn’t confined by genre—it moves through it—drawing on the past while seeking out the undiscovered.
Rich harmonies and immersive arrangements ground their work in storytelling, emotion, and a deep curiosity about what it means to be human.
Formed out of a shared desire to make meaningful, exploratory music,
Electric Blue Yonder has built a reputation for live performances that feel less like shows and more like experiences. Their sets fold memory, myth, and melody into songs that linger—haunting, uplifting, and often unplaceable.
Whether performing in listening rooms, theaters, or on festival stages, EBY draws listeners in with sincerity and imagination, creating space for wonder in a noisy world.
In 2025, the band released MicroPARTY, a children’s album and growing multimedia project that earned Best Children’s Music from the National Parenting Product Awards (NAPPA).
Far from a side-step, MicroPARTY reflects the same ethos that drives all of EBY’s work: curiosity, kindness, connection, and the belief that music can build bridges across generations. From puppetry and storytelling to award-winning songwriting, the project has opened new dimensions for the band while remaining true to their core.
They’re not chasing trends or building to algorithms.
Electric Blue Yonder is charting constellations—committed to slow craft, honest exploration, and the idea that music can still mean something.
Whether reaching deep into the past or out toward the stars, their work reminds us: we’re all part of something bigger.
