THE 4ONTHEFLOOR
"This is Rock'n'Roll in the 21st century."

Joining together in the name of fun & joy, the 4onthefloor bring their well-oiled, high-octane, rock’n’roll to the world with an immediacy rarely seen on stage in the 21st century. The furious delivery ebbs and flows with sing-a-long anthems and breakdowns to soaring guitar solos and unbridled full-bore rock. Camaraderie is a common theme, and stompers are finding like-minded rock’n’rollers at every show.

Hailing from Minnesota, they take the heavy road route, grooving in the tracks of so many rubber to the road musicians before them. Following in the footsteps of some of the band’s influences, being on the road plays a large role in the writing. The merriment must come from all angles, including the stage for a memorable show and the 4onthefloor BRING IT. Douglas writes about experiences, failures, successes, and not-so-much the what-could-have-beens. Life is for the living and this is the soundtrack to a life well-lived. Keep the fire in your eyes.

SALTY DOG

Saltydog is a funk jam Improvisational exploration that takes the audience & band on a journey through their playfully crafted folk driven tunes inspired by the likes of everyone from The Talking Heads, The Band, those classic country and jam band staples along with everyone in between.

The band spawned on the banks of Duluth’s ice covered stones by brothers Jacob and Owen Mahon. This midwestern psychedelic cowboy review features Calvin (Calzone) Lund, Lefty Johnson, Gavin St. Clair, and Sam Deters.

The band’s genuine kindness, passion, enthusiasm and joy for their craft is apparent, enchanting & makes for an additive live performance. Their 2nd album Pepper dropped spring 2024 band is set to release their 3rd album in Spring 2025. The band has been known as differently original, very funky, and unpredictable in a delightful, soulful manner. There is something for everyone at a Saltydog show. You are beautiful, you are welcome, you will groove, we will vibe. We are Saltydog.

ELOUR

ELOUR (pronounced "allure") is what Elizabeth Ghandour categorizes as Femme Rock. Elizabeth’s direct lyrics, diverse background and classically trained voice, combined with Ned Barclay's soaring guitar, Joe Scarpellino's tasty bass and Ryan Vee's creative drumming, yields a sound that's raucous and rebellious, and yet very stylish.

I see my music as empowering for females because of my honesty. I think women often try to keep our emotions in check because it’s so easy to be called crazy or hysterical, or to be seen as “too much” or too intense or aggressive, while males seem to get away with much more, without being labeled or ostracized. I like to lean into those labels and challenge those stereotypes by showing that there is strength in showing emotions, even if they’re emotions that are discouraged for women, such as lust, rage, or anger. “Good Girl” challenges the notion that women should suppress valid emotions in order to satisfy some external (patriarchal) version of “good.” “Reputation” and “Beautiful Girl,” each in their own way, go farther and recommend throwing off unhealthy, limiting societal chains.

I titled my album “Blood Running” after a lyric from the song “Ha.” The song displays the anger I felt after a relationship breakup, but underneath the anger was immense hurt. I was unseen and my pain and struggle didn’t matter. I feel it’s a bit of a female anthem because as females we are often dismissed or go unacknowledged. We play so many valuable roles in a society that is still run by men. Our effort seems endless and often we are left feeling powerless. It’s my hope that the album inspires people, and women especially, to find validity in all their emotional expression, and to claim their own power.

ELOUR released their debut full length album, Blood Running, in April, 2023.
