BY PURCHASING A TICKET/"HOMIE PASS" YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Homie Collective Campout RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO The Homie Collective Campout 2024 (herein after referred to as “The Festival”), I, (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE PARTICIPANT”) UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. The Homie Collective Campout is a music festival to be held August 1, 2, 3 and 4th of 2024 at 508 International located in Charlton, Massachusetts and is organized by it's members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors. In consideration of the The Homie Collective Campout Organizers permitting the Participant’s attendance at The Homie Collective Campout, the Participant waives any and all claims that the Participant has or may in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue, The Homie Collective Campout Organizers and associated property ("Premises") owned by 508 International, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, promotors or advertisers for any claims of personal injury, death, property damage or other loss that the Participant sustains during or as a result of The Homie Collective Campout due to any cause whatsoever. The Participant is aware that participating/volunteering in The Homie Collective Campout has inherent risks. -I recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Event attendees and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. I freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that I (or my child/ward) may sustain as a result of my attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. -I indemnify and hold harmless the Festival from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur while I am at the Event or on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. -I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Festival from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my child’s/ward's) attendance at the Event or while on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. I hereby release and agree to Festival and its Affiliates harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property, and all other liability that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the Festival and its Affiliates, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the Festival and its Affiliates. I understand that this release discharges Festival and its Affiliates from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Festival with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from “The Homie Collective Campout”, The Homie Collective LLC and its Affiliates.
