SMALL DOSES
Small Doses is a post-hardcore/noise rock band from Western North Carolina. Their first self-titled album was released in 2024 on Let's Pretend Records. This year will see the release of the band's latest effort, the "Rodeo" 7 inch, and will be released on Snappy Little Numbers. Small Doses have no time for hate, ignorance or fascism. Small Doses do have time for you, if you also don't have time for the previously listed items.
SNAKESNAKEWHALE.
snakesnakewhale. is a band of goofballs who try not to take life too seriously, while attempting to make good music. Made up from the likes of Clark, Edwin, Max, Tyler, and Anthony, snakesnakewhale. write songs about friendship, nostalgia, and the trappings of mortality. The thwomping drums, bumping bass, catchy guitar squeals and even catchier vocal melodies will make you forget your current existential crisis and fill that void with music that will have you moshing in the pit one minute and having a good cry with your best bud the next. And be ready to receive a crisp high-five for every nerdy reference you recognize as it crashes through your earholes! Go catch these boys haunting a basement, garage, or local venue near you!
COME IN, TRAVIS
Originating out of Western, NC, ‘Come in, Travis!’ is what happens when you mix a person’s love for June Carter Cash with The Descendents—with the results being not quite as cool as they’d hoped. Their name comes from The Clash’s song, ‘Red Angel Dragnet’ which references the film, Taxi Driver—yet another thing that did not turn out quite as cool as they’d hoped (the name of the band, that is, not the movie…that’s a classic). If all the above entices you, come check out our oddly-named band. We will likely not be as cool as you hope, but our songs are short so it’ll be over before you know it.
