Singer and keyboardist Matthew Wauchope has lived in Atlanta for the last 25 years. He studied music at Florida State before graduating from UGA. After college, he toured and recorded with Sean Costello, traveling through 48 states, Western Europe, and Scandinavia. Playing in Sean's band allowed him the opportunity to play with blues legends such as Jody Williams, Hubert Sumlin, “Pinetop” Perkins, and James Cotton, as well as Grammy Award winners Elvis Costello and the Blind Boys of Alabama.   In addition to playing in several local bands such as Blair Crimmins and the Hookers and Standard Electric , Matt is an organist and choir director at Oakhurst Presbyterian Church, and the bandleader of the New Orleans R&B/ Soul band, the Mar-Tans.  Joining him in the trio is Terrence Prather, longtime bandmate from Sean's band and the Mar-Tans, on percussion. Rounding out the group is Micah Cadwell, a prominent jazz guitarist on the Atlanta scene and also from the Standard Electric band.
