MONTGOMERY COUNTY'S COMIC CON
MonkeyCon was held in August 2023 and was the beginning of Montgomery County's Comic Con becoming an annual event for everyone who loves anime, comics, and cosplay. The name has changed to RisuCon, but it's the same great event coming back for year two with a two day extravaganza the weekend of August 17 & 18, 2024. Everything you loved about MonkeyCon will be back - bigger and better - at RisuCon!

RISUCON 2024 INFORMATION
 
Saturday only $35
 
Saturday only admission to RisuCon makes you a member of the Montgomery County Comic & Cosplay Club. You will have complete access to all of RisuCon on Saturday, August 17 from 11am to 9pm which includes: panels, screenings, the vendor and exhibitor area, all contests and stage events, guest appearances and the autograph area (it does not guarantee you an autograph and guests may be charging for their autograph which is not included in your admission). You will also have access to our RisuCon Cosplay Dance Party Saturday 6:15pm to 8:30pm (access is not guaranteed. We may have to limit entry into the party based on room capacity).
 
Sunday only $25
 
Sunday only admission to RisuCon makes you a member of the Montgomery County Comic & Cosplay Club. You will have complete access to all of RisuCon on Sunday, August 18 from 10am to 5pm which includes: panels, screenings, the vendor and exhibitor area, all contests and stage events, guest appearances and the autograph area (it does not guarantee you an autograph and guests may be charging for their autograph which is not included in your admission). 
 
Weekend $55
 
Weekend admission to RisuCon makes you a member of the Montgomery County Comic & Cosplay Club. You will have complete access to all of RisuCon on Saturday, August 17 from 11am to 9pm and Sunday August 18 from 10am to 5pm which includes: panels, screenings, the vendor and exhibitor area, all contests and stage events, guest appearances and the autograph area (it does not guarantee you an autograph and guests may be charging for their autograph which is not included in your admission). You will also have access to our RisuCon Cosplay Dance Party Saturday 6:15pm to 8:30pm (access is not guaranteed. We may have to limit entry into the party based on room capacity).
 
VIP Full Weekend $85
 
VIP admission to RisuCon makes you a member of the Montgomery County Comic & Cosplay Club. You will have complete access to all of RisuCon on Saturday, August 17 from 11am to 9pm and Sunday August 18 from 10am to 5pm which includes: panels, screenings, the vendor and exhibitor area, all contests and stage events, guest appearances and the autograph area (it does not guarantee you an autograph and guests may be charging for their autograph which is not included in your admission). You will also have VIP access (you may enter first and 15 minutes early in our VIP only line at 6pm) to our RisuCon Cosplay Dance Party Saturday 6pm to 8:30pm (your access is guaranteed if you are in the VIP line by 6:10pm. We may have to limit entry after this time based on room capacity). VIP members receive a special, limited edition RisuCon VIP badge and lanyard; a limited edition RisuCon t-shirt; a RisuCon sticker pack, special VIP seating at most panels and stage events, and VIP access to guest autograph lines. VIP Full Weekend access is limited to the first 100 persons and is only available through July 1, 2024 (whichever comes first).
